Opt-In
You consent to receive SMS messages by submitting your phone number through our website, online forms, QR code, or by texting a designated keyword where applicable.
Customers opt in through RavenCore CRM account registration, contact, or appointment booking forms available on the company's website. Users must manually enter their mobile phone number and actively check an unchecked SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form. The SMS disclosure states the types of messages that may be sent, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, that consent is not a condition of purchase, and that users may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are displayed with the consent disclosure.
Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
